SGR: BOD approved to issue shares for dividend payment The Board resolution dated September 04, 2020, the BOD of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the plan to issue shares for dividend payment to raise its charter capital from VND 455,399,180,000 to VND 600,000,000,000.
