OGC: Transferring OCH shares

According to Board Resolution No.015/2020 dated September 11, 2020, the Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) approved to transfer 20,000,000 shares of OCH Hospitality & Service Join Stock Company (OHC) in order to pay debts and finance operation activities.

• Transfer volume: 20,000,000 OCH shares
• Trading method: order-matching or put-through
• Transfer price: not lower than the reference price at the time of transfer.
