JSI: Resolution on the EGM 2020

Japan Securities Incorporated announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated September 25, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The EGM approved to raise its charter capital to VND 300 billion by the stock issuance plan to existing shareholders.

2)      The EGM approved to amend its charter related to charter capital increase.
