HMC: Decision on tax penalties

On September 09, 2020, Vnsteel - Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated September 07, 2020 regarding the tax penalty in 2017, 2018 and 2019 as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND 93,849,107

-          Corporate income tax arrears: VND 435,199,930

-          Personal income tax arrears: VND 11,000,000

-          Late payment: VND 48,328,458.
