HAS: Chairman of BOD resignation & Record date for EGM 2020

On September 24, 2020, HACISCO Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

1)      Based on the Resignation Letter of Chairman of BOD and the withdrawal of member of BOD of Mr. Ha Phu Thinh. Accordingly, the BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Ha Phu Thinh as Chairman of BOD.

2)      The Company announces the record date to hold the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on October 15, 2020.
