The Board resolution dated September 23, 2020, the BOD of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the content of Proposal No.01/2020/TTr - EGM dated September 09, 2020 regarding the amendment, supplement of the Company Charter and Corporate Governance Regulation to submit to the Extraordinary General Meeting 2020.
