DBC: BOD resolution dated September 01, 2020

The Board resolution dated September 01, 2020, the BOD of DABACO Group (DBC) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the business result in July & August 2020:

-          Revenue:   2,370 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 261 billion dongs, equal to 75% profit after tax of Quarter 1/2020 and 35% profit after tax for 6 months of 2020

• Accumulation in 8 months of 2020:

-          Revenue: 8,678 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax (estimated): 1,011 billion dongs.

2)      Approving the 2020 cash dividend advance with the ratio of 15%/share (1,500 dongs/share) and the payment time in September 2020.
