CII: Board resolution _ 24 Sep 2020
On September 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) approved the following issues:
− Dividend payment for 2019: The Board of Directors expected the payment date of dividend 2019 to be in Quarter 4 of 2020 and authorized the Chairman to decide an appropriate record date for determining a shareholder list and payment date.
− Adjusting the issue method to issue VND1,600 billion bonds with warrants: The Board of Directors unanimously approved to adjust some issues related to the plan for public offering of bonds with warrants and assigned the Chairman to adjust the plan to submit the 2020 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for approval.
