BOS: Resolution on the EGM 2020

BOS Securities Joint Stock Company (BOS) announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated September 14, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The EGM approved the resignation of member of Supervisory Board – Mrs. Trinh Thuy Linh.

2)      The EGM approved the additional election of member of Supervisory Board for the term 2019 – 2024.
