On September 01, 2020, the Board of Directors of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation unanimously approved to change the name of branch in Ho Chi Minh City as follows:

-          Name of branch before change: Branch of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation – One-member Limited Company;

-          Name of branch after change: Branch of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation – Joint Stock Company.

The Board of Directors decided to supplement a business line: Real estate activities with own or leased property (sector code: 6810) to the branch in Ho Chi Minh City.
