The Board resolution dated September 07, 2020, the BOD of FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong as Chairman of BOD of the Company from September 07, 2020.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Vu Thi Minh Hue – member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company from September 07, 2020.
