ABS: BOD resolution on raising charter capital

The Board resolution dated September 22, 2020, the BOD of Binh Thuan Agriculture Services JSC approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the registration of the company’s charter capital in the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019 and stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Additional charter capital: VND 86,398,730,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND 374,398,730,000, equivalent to 37,439,873 shares.

2)      Approving the amendment and supplement of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
