VID: Board resolution on share issue for dividend payment

On July 29, the Board of Directors of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation approved the plan for issuing shares to pay dividend for 2019 as follows:

−        Expected issue volume: 2,807,393 shares

−        Expected issue value: 28,073,930,000 dongs

−        Charter capital after the share issue: 308,813,320,000 dongs

−        Exercise ratio: 10% (those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share)

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.   

−        Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

−        Issue time: late Quarter III of 2020 or early Quarter IV of 2020.
