1)      Approving the Resignation Letter of Chairman of BOD – Mr. Bui Van Huu from August 12, 2020.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Bui Quoc Hung - member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company from August 12, 2020.
