-          Lender: Saigon 3 Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (the company related to a member of the Board of Directors)

-          Loan amount: VND60 billion

-          Loan interest rate: 8%/year

-          Loan term: 01 month (from 07/27/2020 to 08/27/2020).
