TCD: Resolution on the divestment in Tapiotek JSC

Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: TCD) announces the Board resolution dated July 27, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the divestment in Tapiotek Joint Stock Company in order to recover capital.

-          Number of transferred shares: 1,400,000 shares (70% of Tapiotek Joint Stock Company)

-          Transferee: Tracodi Trading and Consulting Joint Stock Company

-          Transfer price: no more than the initial investment value

-          Trading date: in July or August 2020.
