SC5: Decision on tax penalties

On August 27, 2020, Construction Joint Stock Company No 5 received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated August 26, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND 90,845,746

-          Value added tax arrears: VND 63,588,459

-          Personal income tax arrears: VND 390,640,271

-          Late payment: VND 33,351,093.
