SBT: BOD approved the contents to collect shareholders' opinions in writing

The Board resolution dated August 11, 2020, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved the contents to collect shareholders' opinions in writing as follows:

-          Time for sending document to shareholders: expected from August 17, 2020 to August 18, 2020

-          Content:

• Proposal on the change of quantity of members of BOD;
• Proposal on the amendment of the Company’s charter;
• Proposal on the amendment of Corporate Internal Governance Regulation.
