POW: Establishing a joint stock company

PetroVietnam Power Corporation announces Board Resolution No.115 dated August 10, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved a plan for setting up a joint stock company:

-          Company name: Petrovietnam Power Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: PV Power REC

-          Head office: Floor 14, Vietnam Petroleum Institute, 167 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Ha Noi 

-          Charter capital: VND60,000,000,000 (PetroVietnam Power Corporation contributes VND30,600,000,000, or 51%).
