On August 07, 2020, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp issued a decision to approve the investment to carry out the project of Bac Ha Thanh Residential Urban Area in Phuoc Thuan Commune, Tuy Phuoc District, Binh Dinh Province. Details are as follows:

-          Usable area: 431,604.96 m²

-          Total value of investment: VND 2,342,574,783,000.

-          Time of implementation: expected within 50 years.
