According to the Board resolution dated July 31, 2020, MHC Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:
1) Approved the resignation of Mr. Pham Ba Huy as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from August 01, 2020.
2) Approved the appointment of Mr. Le Viet Dung as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from August 01, 2020.
