MHC: MHC was late in the disclosure of corporate governance On August 03, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the report on corporate governance by MHC Joint Stock Company (stock code: MHC) via e-mail and published information to the public.
Pursuant to Clause 6, Article 11, Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015, “6. Every six months and every year, a listing organization must make a disclosure of information being the report on corporate governance in accordance with Appendix 5. The time-limit for disclosure of information about such report is no later than thirty (30) days from expiry of the reporting period.”
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 5, Information Disclosure Regulations attached to Decision No.340/QD-SGDHCM dated August 19, 2016 by HOSE, the Company must send valid documents to HOSE.
MHC Joint Stock Company was late in the disclosure of corporate governance for the first six months of 2020.
Therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange suggested MHC Joint Stock Company comply with the regulations on disclosure of information on the securities market in order to ensure shareholders’ interests. HOSE
