−        Distributed volume: 64,310,581 shares

−        Ending date of private placement: February 26, 2020

−        Net proceeds from private placement: VND1,719,922,069,036

3)      Report on the use of capital from the private placement:

All proceeds from private placement were used for business operations by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank as planned.
