HVH: Board resolution on the result of dividend payment On August 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) The Board approved the result of stock issuance for the 2019 dividend payment:
- Registration volume: 1,950,000 shares
- Total distributed volume: 1,949,995 shares
- Total distributed shareholders: 1,219 shareholders
- Total volume after issuance: 21,949,995 shares
Of which:
- Outstanding volume: 21,449,995 shares
- Treasury volume: 500,000 shares
- Charter capital after issuance: VND219,499,950,000.
2) The Board approved to amend the Company’s Charter regarding the charter capital: raising the Company’s charter capital after stock issuance to VND219,499,950,000, equivalent to 21,949,995 shares with par value of VND10,000/share.
3) The Board approved to register to amend the Company’s business registration certificate with the Planning and Investment Department of Ha Noi City.
4) The Board approved to register to deposit the new shares in the Vietnam Securities Depository and list them on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. HOSE
