HPX: BOD approved to issue shares for 2019 dividend payment The Board resolution dated August 24, 2020, the BOD of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan to issue shares for 2019 dividend payment with the following plans:
- Stock name: Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HPX
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs/share
- Charter capital: VND 2,299,955,060,000
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 34,499,325 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND 344,993,250,000
- Charter capital after the issuance: VND 2,644,948,310,000
- Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2019
- Issue ratio: 15%
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 1,550 shares. With 15% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,550 *15/100 = 232.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 232 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.
- Transfer restriction: none
- Time of implementation: after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
