HNG: Decision on tax penalties

On August 21, 2020, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Gia Lai Province dated August 05, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND 95,512,768

-          Personal income tax arrears: VND 431,363,840

-          Late payment: VND 11,321,420.
