HII: BOD approved to issue shares for 2019 dividend payment The Board resolution dated August 21, 2020, the BOD of An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company approved the plan to issue shares for 2019 dividend payment with the following plans:
- Stock name: An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HII
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs/share
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,177,500 shares
- Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2019
- Issue ratio: 100:15 (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 15 new shares)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down, the fractional shares will be decided by the Board of Directors to distribute other investors.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 2,222 shares. With 100:15 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 2,222 *15/100 = 333.3 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 333 new shares and fractional shares of 0.3 will be cancelled.
