HAP: Explanation for 10 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions

Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HAP) explains the stock ceiling hitting for 10 consecutive sessions from august 06, 2020 to August 19, 2020 as follows:

-          HAP stock price increased because of the supply and demand on the stock market, and beyond the control of the Company.

-          On July 22, 2020, the Board of Directors celebrated the 20th anniversary of Vietnam stock market participation and approved investment plans to submit the incoming extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, estimated in late 2020, including plans such as tissue paper production, international hospital and real estate projects, etc.

-          In addition, the Company's business operations are stable, creating profits for shareholders. The Company has paid full annual dividends to shareholders.
