FIR: BOD approved the plan for stock issuance to raise capital The Board resolution dated August 06, 2020, the BOD of First Real Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity as follows:
- Stock name: First Real Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Number of shares issued: 20,799,997 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 20,799,997 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 6,239,999 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND 62,399,990,000
- Issue ratio: 30% (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 03 new shares).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 146 shares. With 30% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 146 * 30/100 =43.8 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 43 new shares and fractional shares of 0.8 will be cancelled.
