DTL: Board Resolution No.06

According to Board Resolution No.06/2020 dated July 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Dai Thien Loc Corporation (HOSE: DTL) decided to adjust Article 1 of Board Resolution No.04/2019 dated July 26, 2019. Accordingly, the Board of Directors changed the numbers of parcels of lands, maps and locations of the parcels of lands that need to be transferred.
