DLG: Decision on buying shares of DLGL PID JSC

Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the purchase of shares of Duc Long Gia Lai Power Investment Development Joint Stock Company (DLGL PID JSC). Details are as follows:

-          Buying volume: 11,435,000 shares

-          Buying price: VND 20,000/share

-          Time of implementation: Quarter 3/2020.

After the transaction completes, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company will own 11,435,000 shares in Duc Long Gia Lai Power Investment Development Joint Stock Company, accounting for 93.35% charter capital of DLGL PID JSC.

The appointment of Mr. Tran Cao Chau – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as the representative of contributed capital of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company in Duc Long Gia Lai Power Investment Development Joint Stock Company (DLGL PID JSC).
