CVT: Change of personnel

CMC Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2016-2021 as from March 01, 2020.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Duong Quoc Chinh as Deputy CEO cum Chief Accountant in the term 2016-2021 as from March 01, 2020.

-          Mr. Duong Quoc Chinh was appointed as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2016-2021 as from March 01, 2020.

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh Minh was appointed as Head of the Financial & Accountant Department as from March 01, 2020.
