CTD: Decision on tax penalties

Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated August 25, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND 211,423,463

-          Corporate income tax arrears: VND 1,046,617,314

-          Personal income tax arrears: VND 190,367,992.
