CLG: CLG reminded for information disclosure violation

On August 20, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.478/QD-SGDHCM to remind Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: CLG) in the entire stock market.

Reason: Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company violated the regulations on information disclosure for more than three times in a year.
