-       Issuer: Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII)

-       Maximum issue value: VND600 billion

-       Estimated bond term: 36 months

-       Currency unit: VND

-       Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-       Issue price: 100% par value

-       Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond, without warrants 

-       Bond form: book-entry

-       Nominal interest rate: 11%/year (maximum).

-       Issue date: in August 2020 or decided by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
