Anvifish Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:

• Mr. Tong Duy Minh has been dismissed from Chair of the BOD with effect since 18/08/2020.
• Mr. Le Duy Tam has been nominated to be Chair of the BOD with effect since 18/08/2020.
• Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung has been dismissed from Chief Accountant with effect since 19/08/2020.
• Ms. Ho Thi My Tien has been appointed Chief Accountant with effect since 19/08/2020.
• Mr. Nguyen Chau Phuong has been recognized as Chief of Supervisory Board of the Company.
• Mr. Tong Duy Minh has been appointed Secretary of the Company, Information Disclosure Officer cum the person in charge of Management of the Company.
