Viet Tin Securities Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020, which was convened on April 27, 2020, as follows:

1)      Approving the business plan for 2020.

2)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.

3)      Approving the report of the Board of Directors.

4)      Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors.

5)      Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors on business results, activitives of the Board of Directors and the Directorate in 2019.

6)      Approving the dividend.
