VNS: BOD resolution on the second cash dividend for 2019

The Board resolution dated July 06, 2020, the BOD of Vietnam Sun Corporation approved to pay cash dividend for 2019 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 10% (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Record date: July 21, 2020

-          Payment date: July 31, 2020.

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

 + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vietnam Sun Corporation (Address: 648 Nguyen Trai, ward 11, district 5, Hochiminh).
