VNE: Notice of change of personnel

On June 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the change of personnel as follows:

1)      Appointing Mr. Tran Quang Can, Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Accountant, as CEO of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation from July 01, 2020.

2)      Re-appointing Mr. Tran Van Huy as Deputy CEO of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation from July 01, 2020.

3)      Re-appointing Mr. Nguyen Tinh as Deputy CEO of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation from July 01, 2020.

4)      Re-appointing Mr. Le Van Khoi as Deputy CEO of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation from July 01, 2020.

5)      Re-appointing Mr. Pham Huy Minh Huy as Deputy CEO of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation from July 01, 2020.

6)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Quang Can as Chief Accountant of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation from July 01, 2020.

7)      Appointing Mr. Pham Do Minh Triet as Chief Accountant of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation from July 01, 2020.
