VIP: Member of BOD resignation

Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (VIPCO) announces that PG Tanker approved to resign the representative of contributed capital of PG Tanker in VIPCO. Based on the company's charter and the Regulation on organization and operation of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dang Quang Tuan is no longer a member of BOD of the Company from July 15, 2020 due to withdrawal of the right to represent capital. The BOD will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve this resignation.
