The Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2019 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  July 17, 2020

-          Payment date: August 03, 2020.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company.
