The Board resolution dated July 20, 2020, Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: TVS) approved the plan to recover ESOP shares from the employees resigned. Details are as follows:

-          Redemption volume: 10,000 shares

-          Redemption price: VND 0

-          Trading period: expected Q3.2020 or Q4.2020.

-          Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
