TTE: Resolution on the AGM 2020 On June 26, 2020, Truong Thinh Energy Investment Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:
1) Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2019.
2) Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2019.
3) Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.
4) Approving the business result in 2019:
- Net revenue: 98,084 million dongs
- Profit after tax: 11,755 million dongs
5) Approving the plan for 2019 profit distribution:
- Profit of previous years transferred: 19,909,460,736 dongs
- The profit of 2019 is distributed:
+ Profit after tax of 2019: 11,755,091,211 dongs
+ Reward and Welfare fund: 587,754,561 dongs
+ Investment and Development fund: 587,754,561 dongs
- The profit to pay dividend: 0 dongs
6) Approving the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020:
- In 2019: VND525,000,000
- In 2019: VND550,000,000.
7) Approving the selection of one of the three auditors to audit its financial statements in 2020:
- Deloitte Vietnam Com Ltd;
- CPA Vietnam Com Ltd;
