- Ms. Lam Anh Vy has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since 30/06/2020
- Ms. Dong Thi Anh has been appointed Deputy Chair of the BOD with effect since 30/06/2020
- Mr. Lam Dinh An has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 30/06/2020
- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh has been appointed Chief of the Supervisory Board with effect since 30/06/2020
- Mr. Tran Van Trung has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 30/06/2020
