TEG: Board approves a design and build contract

Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated July 13, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved plans for signing design and build contracts for the rooftop solar installation. Accordingly, the Company will sign contracts with Sen Xanh Solar Power Joint Stock Company and Hawee Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company. The estimated value of each contract will be more than 35% of the total assets of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company according to the latest financial statements. The implementation time will be in the third quarter of 2020.
