TDH: BOD approved the record date to issue shares for capital increase

The Board resolution dated July 30, 2020, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved the record date to issue shares for capital increase as follows:

-          Stock name:  Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000

-          Total shares: 93,878,384 shares; Of which:

• Number of outstanding shares: 93,878,384 shares
• Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 18,775,676 shares

-          Total value (estimated) based on par value: VND 187,756,760,000

-          Issue ratio: 100:20 (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 20 new shares).

-          The rights should be transferred only once.

-          Record date: August 14, 2020

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
