TCH: BOD resolution on the restructuring investments The Board resolution dated July 08, 2020, the BOD of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company (TCH) approved the contents to restructure investments for the company’s activities. Details are as follows:
1) To transfer part or all investments of Truong Giang Service Development JSC (Truong Giang Sedeco):
- Number of shares of TCH in Truong Giang Sedeco: 13,440,000 shares
- Maximum number of shares transferred: 13,440,000 shares, equivalent to VND 134,400,000,000 (based on par value)
- Transfer price: no less than the book value
- Expected trasfer time: 2020.
2) To transfer part or all all investments of Hoang Ha Service Investment JSC (Hoang Ha Serinco):
- Number of shares of TCH in Serinco: 31,200,000 shares
- Maximum number of shares transferred: 31,200,000 shares, equivalent to VND 312,000,000,000 (based on par value)
- Transfer price: no less than the book value
- Expected trasfer time: 2020.
