TCBS: Resolution on the AGM 2020

Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2020 dated June 30, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the resignation of Mr. Do Tuan Anh as member of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023.

2)      The AGM approved the selection of KPMG Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements.

3)      The AGM approved the amendment of the Company’ charter.

4)      The AGM approved the additional election of Mr. Lee Boon Huat as member of BOD of the Company for the term 2018 – 2023.

5)      The AGM approved the additional election of Mr. Dao Trung Kien as member of Supervisory Board of the Company for the term 2018 – 2021.
