SZC: Signing a security service contract

On June 29, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the signing of contract of office security service contract with Sonadezi Security Service Co., Ltd. The contract value will be negotiated but less than 35% of the total assets of the Company in the latest financial statements and expected to be VND277,200,000.
