STG: Notice of change of personnel On June 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:
Board Resolution No.074 dated June 30, 2020
1) Appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thuc, Member of the Board of Directors, to be Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors from June 30, 2020.
2) Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Quang Tien as Member of Audit Sub-Committee and appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thuc to replace Mr. Tran Quang Tien as Member of Audit Sub-Committee from June 30, 2020.
Board Resolution No.075 dated June 30, 2020
1) Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Tuan Anh as CEO cum Legal Representative from July 01, 2020.
2) Appointing Mr. Dang Vu Thanh, Member of the Board of Directors, as CEO cum Legal Representative for three years from July 01, 2020.
3) Appointing Mr. Dang Vu Thanh, Member of the Board of Directors, to replace Mr. Ho Si Tuan as the authorized spokesman from July 01, 2020.
